The process begins with reserving/picking your pup

  • The process starts with you reserving/picking your puppy through our website or social media platforms.

how making a reservation works

Here at SnubNub Frenchies we reserve the right to first pick male/female. We reserve this right because we want to keep our lines full of the best quality and structure for future in-house breedings.

  • Some of our puppy families make what we call, a reservation, for a puppy that is still baking in mama’s oven.
  • For example, if you see an UPCOMING LITTER we are EXPECTING, and you’ve contacted us regarding a specific color/sex you are wanting then we will put you down for that reservation. Just keep in mind when making a reservation on an EXPECTED litter, they don’t always work out as planned. When we breed based on the parents’ DNA we can narrow down the colors the puppies will be (although not always guaranteed), but the sex of the puppies is always a toss up.
  • Once you have made the decision on your reservation you will then contact us via the PUPPY INQUIRY form and we will put your reservation in place if a spot is available. Most common frenchie litters are between 2-5 pups, so therefore we can only accept a certain amount of reservations. Bigger litters do happen of course. 
  • If the reservation spot is available, then we will move forward immediately with gathering further information from you and start the process of making your deposit.
  • If for some reason the litter you made your reservation on is born but doesn’t include the furbaby you were hoping for then we have options. You can choose another one of our AVAILABLE PUPPIES, we can happily transfer your deposit to a future litter or we can refund your deposit (ONLY IN THE CASE OF YOUR SPECIFIC RESERVATION NOT BEING AVAILABLE)

How picking your puppy works

Here at SnubNub Frenchies we reserve the right to first pick male/female. We reserve this right because we want to keep our lines full of the best quality and structure for future in-house breedings.

  • While some of our puppy families choose to reserve a puppy from an UPCOMING LITTER, most prefer to pick a puppy they can already see.
  • With this process, once you see the puppy you want through our website or social media platforms you will contact us through the PUPPY INQUIRY form and we will notify you if the puppy is available.
  • If the puppy you have picked is available, then we will move forward immediately with gathering further information from you and start the process of making your deposit.

Making your deposit

  • Once your reservation/pick has been confirmed, a $500 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due at that time in order to hold your place for the reservation or puppy that you picked. 
  • Our deposits must be paid in the form of CASH, CASHIER’S CHECK or through the ZELLE app.
  • Your full $500 deposit will go towards the purchase price of your puppy.
  • If in fact unforeseen circumstances arise, then your deposit can be transferred to a future litter with us. 

the waiting game to come home

So once you make your reservation/pick we start the process of you wanting all the pupdates and us flooding you with just that!

  • For reserved puppies, while you are waiting for your pup to finish baking in mama’s oven, we will update you with everything we possibly can. That includes pictures of mom and her belly progress, we’ll let you know how mama is doing every step of the way throughout her pregnancy and answer any other questions you may have. We no longer do Xrays due to the unnecessary exposure to our pregnant mamas and unborn pups at the veterinarian’s office. Our pregnancy are confirmed through a relaxin pregnancy test, which is the hormone that is measured by canine pregnancy tests. Relaxin normally appears about three to four weeks after the pregnancy starts and these tests tend to be extremely accurate.
  • For picked pups and reserved pups that have paws on the ground, you will be constantly updated with photos, videos, facetime streaming and live facebook feed from the time they make an appearance into this world, until the time they make that Frenchie hop into your loving arms.   • While they are here in our care, you can rest easy for those 8 weeks knowing they are here being smothered with more love and kisses then they can handle. We have 2 children who play a huge role in our puppies lives while they are here, so when your pup comes home adapting to children will not be an issue.

Your puppy's health

  • During your pups’ first 8 weeks he/she will receive all of their age appropriate vaccinations by our family veterinarian that we have been using for over 6 years. 
  • We offer a 1 year genetic health guarantee which is explained more in depth within the writings of our CONTRACT AGREEMENT.
  • Your puppy will also be coming home to you microchipped for identification purposes. 
  • Some ways that we ensure healthy beginnings is worming our pups/mamas, focusing on gut health, mamas eating a high quality balanced diet while pregnant and no use of toxic chemicals.
  • Our puppies are raised in open whelping areas that are cleaned and sanitized multiple times a day.
  • Per our CONTRACT AGREEMENT, we require all of our puppies to have pet insurance.
  • We do our absolute best to ensure that your puppy will go home with you happy and healthy.

the final steps in the long dreadful wait

  • Now that you have waited an exhausting, drawn out 8 weeks patiently, it is time to hold your new furbaby closer to your heart. 
  • Prior to your special day for picking up your pup, we would have already arranged plans.
  • At this point or before you would need to pay off the remaining balance for your puppy, minus your deposit. This payment can be made in CASH at time of pickup or in a CASHIER’S CHECK 10 days prior to your puppy going home.

Picking up or getting your puppy delivered to you

  • We don’t personally offer delivery services. We do offer shipping through a flight nanny at an additional cost. Prices on flight nannies varies. 
  • Based on where you’re located, if we are able (depending on schedule and puppies), we can try to meet you somewhere that is closer for you to make your puppy’s special day. 
  • We have a location that we typically use for pick ups. 
  • On the day you get your new puppy, he/she will come with a puppy essentials pack.
